CAMP STAFF
Our counselors are the heart of camp. Staff members come to us from all walks of life, looking for meaningful leadership experiences and lifelong memories. We are dedicated to helping our staff enhance their interpersonal skills and gain valuable experience that will be useful in future endeavors and careers. Our counselors are committed to impacting the lives of children, and we believe that working at Four Oaks will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life!

Remember, we ask our campers to get out of their comfort zones and challenge themselves on a daily basis; we ask our staff to be the role models our campers follow. Our staff learn, grow, and push themselves each summer and will learn to focus on our four roots: Exploration, Identity, Kindness, Community​
STAFF POSITIONS
GROUP COUNSELORS work with a group of campers throughout the day, ages 18+, perfect for high school graduates and college students who have a passion for working with children. Limited opportunities are available for qualified 16 and 17 year old applicants.

ACTIVITY COUNSELORS are counselors who are experts in their specific area (18+), perfect for college students and professionals who have experience teaching/coaching
​
ROPES/WATERFRONT/SWIM INSTRUCTORS are highly trained staff with a passion for instruction (18+)
​
SUPPORT STAFF include our maintenance team, office manager, nurse and lunch supervisor
